The hotel had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with beautiful green plants lining the corridors. the staff was attentive and hospitable, ensuring a comfortable stay. the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows provided for extra comfort. the location in downtown was convenient and easy to access various amenities and local attractions. a pleasant stay with great service.
One minor downside was the issue with the smart TV, which only allowed for basic national channels and limited entertainment options.

Spending Christmas was great! The staff was very friendly, and the bed was super cozy - with lots of pillows to choose from. We also loved the green plants wall in the corridors, which made it a very relaxing environment. being in the center of the city with easy access to different attractions, was a great plus.
The smart TV didn't work as expected. We couldn't connect to any entertainment platforms like Youtube, only regular TV channels which were not so interesting.

I had a great experience at this hotel in downtown. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. I loved the green plants wall which provided a relaxing ambience while walking through the corridors.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel staff was amazing, extremely helpful, and welcoming. the bed was incredibly comfortable and there were lots of pillows. Something I particularly enjoyed was the green plants wall in the corridors, it was very relaxing. the hotel's location was perfect, close to everything in the city center.
The smart TV didn't work properly, so I was unable to connect to YouTube or use any other functions for entertainment. the only option was regular national TV, which wasn't great.

Despite a glitch with the smart TV, my stay at Hotel Thama was enjoyable. The comfortable bed, abundance of pillows, and soothing green plants wall made for a relaxing experience. Located in Downtown Palmira, it's definitely the best option in this area. I highly recommend this hotel.
